02.01.2022 - 13.02.2022 1 Zimmer Wohnung / 1 Room apartment

ENGLISH VERSION BELOW

Ich bin vom 02.01.2022 bis zum 13.02.2022 am Theater in einer anderen Stadt. Für diese Zeit möchte ich gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten.

Hier ein paar Punkte zur Wohnung:
1 Zimmer Wohnung, knapp 30 qm
Internet (200 Mbps), Strom und Nebenkosten sind in der Miete für den Untermieter mit enthalten (alles inklusive)
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden
Nichtraucherwohnung (ich bin selbst Raucher, rauche aber nicht in der Wohnung und würde dich bitten das ebenfalls nicht zu tun)
Ich bin selbst erst Anfang November eingezogen, daher sind noch nicht alle Teile der Wohnung voll möbiliert
Derzeit fehlt noch ein Kühlschrank, den versuche ich aber noch vor Beginn des Mietzeitraumes zu besorgen (gerade jetzt im Winter habe ich als Übergangslösung das Fensterbrett in der Küche benutzt, da ist genug Platz für einige Sachen)

WICHTIG:
Bevor ich meine Wohnung untervermieten kann, muss ich an meinen Vermieter, die Gewobag, ein Antragsformular schicken mit der Unterschrift von mir und dem / der möglichen Untervermieter/in.
Ich werde mein Bestes tun, damit der Papierkram so schnell wie möglich geklärt wird. Ich würde dich gerne, bevor wir das Dokument losschicken persönlich treffen, gerne auch bei mir in der Wohnung.

Schreibe bitte ein paar Punkte zu dir, was du machst, wieso du in die Wohnung willst, das Übliche. Damit ich erkennen kann, dass du dir alles durchgelesen hast, pack doch bitte das Wort “Pamphlete” an den Anfang deiner Nachricht.

I am from 02.01.2022 to 13.02.2022 at the theater in another city. For this time I would like to sublet my apartment.

Here are a few points to the apartment:
1 room apartment, almost 30 sqm
Internet (200 Mbps), electricity and additional costs are included in the rent for the sub-tenant (all inclusive)
Washing machine is available
Non-smoking apartment (I am a smoker myself, but do not smoke in the apartment and would ask you not to do that either)
I moved in myself at the beginning of November, so not all parts of the apartment are fully furnished
Currently a refrigerator is missing, but I try to get it before the start of the rental period (especially now in winter I have used the window sill in the kitchen as a transitional solution, there is enough space for some things)

IMPORTANT:
Before I can sublet my apartment, I have to send an application form to my landlord, Gewobag, with the signature of me and the possible sublet.
I will do my best to clear up the paperwork as soon as possible. I would like to meet you before we send the document in person, also with me in the apartment.
