Frühestens ab 11.07.2022, bis maximal 31.12.2022, genaue Daten sind etwas flexibel.
690Eur/Monat Fixpreis (incl. Strom, Heizung, Internet, ...) + 690Eur Kaution
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und zentral gelegen mit großen Fenstern zum Innenhof. ~16m² Zimmer, kleine Küche, kleines Bad. Fahrrad im Innenhof abstellbar. Sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV ~5min zur S-Bahn und zwei Tramstationen, Supermärkte, Restaurants, etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Bett mit guter Matratze, provisorischer Tisch, Regal, Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine, Internet, etc.
Wir würden einen formalen Untermietvertrag abschließen, der mit meinen Vermietern abgesprochen ist, dafür wird eine Ausweiskopie benötigt!

Location:
Calm but central located with large windows facing the inner yard. Very good tram/metro connections, 5min walk to multiple SBahn / Tram stations. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, everything withing walking distance.
Equipment:
As shown in images: Bed, shelves, washing machine, fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc. Only the large standing desk might not stay there. It could though if it's important to you.
