1 Zimmer Wohnung im Winsviertel

Durch kurzfristige Absage ist meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im schönen Winsviertel wieder zur Untermiete frei ab morgen. Der Zeitraum zur Untermiete ist recht flexibel und ist erstmal fix bis Ende Januar. Danach gäbe es die Möglichkeit auf eine langfristigere Untermiete je nachdem wie sich die Dinge bei mir entwickeln aber es ist auch kein muss für euch, die Wohnung weiter unterzumieten.

Due to short-term cancellation, my 1-room apartment in the beautiful Winsviertel is free again for subletting from tomorrow. The period for subletting is quite flexible and is first fixed until the end of January.
