Gesamtkosten für diese Zeit sind die anteiligen Monatsmiete, das sind 260EUR, plus 100Eur Kaution. Meine Wohnung ist direkt am Volkspark Friedrichshain gelegen, Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus / Tram / Sbahn ist super (7min zum Alexanderplatz, 10min zur Ringbahn). Die Wohung liegt im Bötzwoviertel mit Cafe´s, Kino und allem was man mag; der quirlige Friedrichshain mit Bars und Clubs ist in 10min mit der Tram zu erreichen.
Ich vermiete nur an Menschen 30+.

Rent is 260EuR plus security deposit 100eur. My flat is just opposite the beautiful Volkspark Friedirchshain, public transport connection is very good (bus / tram / sbahn, 7mins to Alexanderplatz, 10mins to Ringbahn). The flat is situated in the Bötzowviertel, with cafès, shops, cinema...everything you want:) the more cool and busy quarter of Friedrichshain is 10mins by tram, here you find bars, clubs and interesting shops.
I only rent my flat to people age 30+.
