Zum 02.10.23 suche ich eine(n) Untermieter*in! Ich bin Lehramtsstudentin (28) im 6.Semester und würde gerne für 2 Wochen meine Wohnung vermieten. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine separate Küche, die mit Gasherd, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist. Mein Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat einen wunderschönem Dielenboden, ein Doppelbett, einen großen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Mein E-Piano und meine Gitarre stehen ebenfalls dort, beides kann gerne genutzt werden! Ein Fahrrad ist in der Miete ebenfalls inbegriffen :)

I am looking for a subtenant from the 02nd of October on! I study to become a teacher in my 6th semester. As I am gonna travel for a couple of weeks, I would like to sublet my flat during this time (2 weeks). My flat has a separate kitchen, with gas stove, a washing machine and a dish washer. The spacious room itself is provided with a lovely plank floor, a double bed, a big desk and a wardrobe. There's also an e-piano and a guitar, which you are very welcome to use.
