hi :) looking to sublet my studio directly at schönhauser allee S+U bahn. this flat is perfect for someone (or a couple) dying to live alone! when you walk in, there is a hallway with a bathroom connected on the left side; the hallway goes into the big room (the majority of the flat with 3 windows, one is the size of a door & is a french balcony), and the kitchen is separate and connected to the main room

~ Anmeldung possible ~

875 + Nebenkosten (BKO- & HK-Vorauszahlg. // prepayments for heating & additional costs) = 1075 total / month
- half a month (537,50) from 15.02
- Kaution 1500, can be paid over multiple months if necessary
- would want the subletter to sign something saying in case the heating prepayments are not enough, they are liable for extra heating; alternatively, in the case you heated below the level prepaid for, you'd get the $$ back !

the flat has bathtub/shower, bed, washer/dryer, fridge, clothes rack, shelves, cabinets, kitchen table/chairs but lots of room for you to decorate and make the flat your own :)
