Die Wohnung befindet sich in großartiger Lage, die Straße bietet viele Restaurants und Bars und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die U-Bahn / Tram Eberswalderstr. ist fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen, und auch die Ringbahn ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
