Charming apartment in Prenzlauer Berg will be for sublet from March 28th to April 09th, during the Easter time.
The apartment is a beloved “old-build “type (Altbau). Located in a great area plenty of restaurants and just 10 min walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain park and 10 min with Tram M2 to Alexander Platz, so easy access to central Berlin.
Flat composed by 1 big room, entrance, kitchen and shower room, in the 2ond floor of the quiet side building (Seitenflügel). To respect the silence of the courtyard will be an important point, so I am looking for a friendly and
respectful person to sublet the flat for those 12-13 days. Please note that no pets, parties and smoking are allowed in the flat. It is also suitable for a couple.
The flat is furnished and in there you may find everything you need.
480 eur is the price for the 13 days. Deposit 700eur
Check in and Check out can eventually vary after your request, althrough preference will have those requests that suits on the days.
We will not answer to requests for longer periods.
