I'm renting out my place in Berlin from July 20th until October 1st. Close to subway Rosenthaler Platz and Bernauer Str., Tram 10, Tram 8, Tram 12. It is a very quiet place, since the appartment is in the second building in the back. I got internet, telephone and TV+DVD which you could all keep for this period of time, if you like to.
Renting is only possible for full period of time or at least for all August & September.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da 2. Hinterhaus, 2. Stock, ca. 45 qm, großes Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, großes, helles Zimmer, separate Küche, großer Flur und super Lage.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung nur für den kompletten Zeitraum oder für mind. den ganzen Aug.+Sept.
Die Möbel sind alle so gut wie neu, Waschmaschine, komplette Küchenausstattung, Fernsehen+DVD, Internet und Telefon, alles vorhanden.
