Hallo,
da ich ein Praktikum außerhalb von Berlin mache vermiete ich meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung unter.
Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist, wird es dir an nichts fehlen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine, sowie eine Heißluftfritteuse sind ebenfalls da.
Das Bad ist recht schmal, dafür aber lang. An der Dusche befindet sich zudem noch ein kleines Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist mir zwei großen Fenstern immer gut beleuchtet.
Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist, habe ich ein Hochbett, welches ich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit noch streichen werde.

as I am doing an internship outside of Berlin I am subletting my beautiful 1 room flat.
As you can see from the pictures, you will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a coffee machine and a hot air fryer.
The bathroom is quite narrow, but long. There is also a small window in the shower.
The room is always well lit thanks to two large windows.
As you can see in the pictures, I have a bunk bed, which I will probably paint.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U6. Aufgrund von aktuellen Bauarbeiten fährt die ersten 3 Stationen alle 2 Minuten ein Ersatzbus, welcher sich auch unweit der Wohnung befindet.
Fußläufig gibt es ein Rewe, Aldi und Lidl, sowie 2 Tankstellen.
Das Haus befindet sich im Hinterhof mit einer kleinen Terasse.
Das Wohnhaus selbst ist sehr ruhig und freundlich.
The flat is located directly on the U6 underground line. Due to current construction work, a replacement bus runs every 2 minutes for the first 3 stops, which is also not far from the flat.
Within walking distance there is a Rewe, Aldi and Lidl, as well as 2 petrol stations.
The house is located in the backyard with a small terrace.
The house itself is very quiet and friendly.

Wichtig ist mir nur, dass gut mit der Wohnung umgegangen wird, da ich danach direkt wieder einziehen werde.
