Ich suche jemanden, der meine möblierte Wohnung übernimmt. Sie liegt ruhig, ist ganz gut gepflegt, hat alles was man braucht. Ganz neulich habe ich eine höhenverstellbaren Tisch besorgt, also man kann ganz schön Zu Hause arbeiten. Leider ist das Größe des Bettes nicht für 2 Leuten geeignet. Also die Wohnung ist perfekt für neuer Single Berliner!
Die ersten 3 Monate geht die Miete an mich. Nach 3 Monaten gilt direkt Vertrag mit der Besitzerfirma.
Achtet bitte drauf dass ein Nachgebühr für die Übernahme aller Möbel gibt. Circa 1000euro.

I’m looking for someone to takeover my furnished apartment for a long term. It is cozy and quiet, it has everything you would need. The working table is new, which I bought recently and the height could be adjusted. Perfect for home office. Unfortunately, the bed size is not big enough for 2 persons. The apartment would be ideal for a single person who is just moving to Berlin!
For the first three months you are paying the rent to me and you may sign contract directly with the owner of the apartment afterwards. However, you’ll need to takeover all the furnitures with a fee around 1000euros
