Ich biete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Lichtenberg vom 29. März bis zum 27. April zur Untermiete an. Ich bin in dem Zeitraum im Urlaub und suche daher jemanden, der in den Zeitraum eine Bleibe sucht und sich bestenfalls auch um meine Pflanzen kümmert :)
Die Wohnung ist 36 Quadratmeter groß und hat 1 Zimmer mit räumlich getrenntem Wohn- und Schlafbereich, sowie eine Abstellkammer und einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Weitlingkiez (3. Etage mit Fahrstuhl) eines ruhigen Wohnkomplexes mit schönem Blick in einen grünen Hinterhof.
Der S+U-Bhf Lichtenberg und S-Bhf Nöldnerplatz sind jeweils ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Rewe ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und mir ist es wichtig, dass mit der Einrichtung gut umgegangen wird, da ich sehr an meiner Wohnung hänge. Daher wird es einen Untermietvertrag geben plus eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€.
Du solltest keine Hundehaar Allergie haben, da normalerweise mein Hund mit mir in der Wohnung lebt.

I am offering my 1-room apartment in Berlin Lichtenberg for sublet from March 29th to April 27th. I will be on vacation during this time and am therefore looking for someone who is looking for a place to stay and, at best, will also take care of my plants :)
The apartment is 36 square meters and has 1 room with a separate living and sleeping area, as well as a storage room and a balcony.
The apartment is located in the Weitlingkiez (3rd floor with elevator) of a quiet residential complex with a nice view into a green backyard.
The S+U station Lichtenberg and S station Nöldnerplatz are both about 10 minutes away by foot. Rewe is also just around the corner.
The apartment is fully furnished and it is important to me that everything is treated well, as I am very attached to my apartment. Therefore, there will be a subletting contract plus a deposit of 500€.
You should not be allergic to dog hair as my dog usually lives in the apartment with me.
