I´m offering my 1 bedroom apartment for temporary rent. The apartment is spacious for 1 person or a couple. The apartment itself is very bright and completly furnished. It is a good place to escape a little bit from the city.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt 3 S-Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ca 5 Gehminuten (Ostkreuz, Nöldnerplatz,Rummelsburg). Ein Bus bringt euch zusätzlich direkt in 15 minuten nach Kreuzkölln und die Tram 21 ist auch direkt angebunden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genügend von Kaufland bis zum kleinen Bioladen ist alles da.
Cafes und Restaurants findet man auch im Kaskelkiez und das nächste Fleckchen Grün ist auch gleich um die Ecke in der Rummelsburger Bucht.

The location is excellent. There are 3 S-Bahn stations within a 5 minutes walk(Ostkreuz,Nöldnerplatz,Rummelsburg). A bus is connecting the area with Kreuzkölln in 15 Minutes and the tram 21 is passing by that area as well.
There is a varity of shopping opportunities from the big supermarket Kaufland to the little organic shop around the corner.
Cafes and restaurants are also located in the area and the next green spot for a little walk is in the Rummelsburger Bucht.
Bitte keine Partys - das Haus ist sehr ruhig.
Rauchen kann man auf dem Balkon.
