Für 1 Woche steht meine Wohnung leer und kann gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung hat 35m2, liegt im Schillerkietz im 1. OG, hat leider keinen Balkon und ist rauchfrei.
In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige Vorhanden, du brauchst also nur deine Klamotten und ne Zahnbürste :)
In 3 Minuten von hier stehst du schon auf dem Tempelhofer Flugfeld und auch sonst ist die Umgebung nett und hat alles was man so braucht.
Die U8 ist 4-5 Fußminuten entfernt.
Ich freue mich für den Zeitraum über 140€ was etwas mehr als 3/4 der Kosten entspricht.
Ggf kann due Dauer um 2-3 Tage verlängert werden. Dann kostet es für jeden weiteren Tag 20€.

In der Wohnung gibt es viel Kinderkram, der für dich aber nicht sichtbar sein wird. Auch habe ich noch ein paar Kisten aus meinem Wohnmobil hier stehen, die dich aber auch nicht weiter stören sollten.
