The kitchen is furnished practically and comes with a professional Kaffee maker, and various kitchen appliances (water Boiler,waffle and sandwich maker, blender, etc) as well as a washing machine.
The bedroom is located towards the courtyard and are quiet. The bedroom has a double bed. (160x200)

Every Wednesday and Saturday is market day at Crellestrasse. Kreuzberg with Berkmannkiez is 5 minutes by bike. Potsdamer Platz an easy 10 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by public transport. Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Tiergarten lies shortly behind it. The modern Gleisdreieck Park is 5 to 10 minutes by foot depending which entrance you take.
Easy reach of various public transport by foot: S1 Yorckstrasse 2 min, S2&S25 5 min. U7 Kleistpark 3 min. Many busses from Yorckstrasse and Kleistpark.
Top Lage im schönen Crellekiez. Viele Shops, Restaurants, Cafés, Gallerien und Parks sind fussläufig in der Crellestrasse, Hauptstrasse und der Akazienstrasse. The apartment is suitable for a professional couple, single Person. It is not suitable for shared accomodation and sorry no student accomodation either. Pets are not possible due to various allergies.

Die Wohnung eignet sich für ein professionelles Pärchen bzw Einzelperson oder Familie . Nicht WG geeignet und leider auch keine Studenten Wohnung. Keine Tiere möglich wegen diverser Allergien.
