Ich vermiete meine 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schöneberg für den Zeitraum vom 19.12.2023 bis 8.01.2023. Der Preis hängt von der Anzahl der Tage ab, die die Person bleibt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und eine Wohnküche (Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch, einem Esstisch und einer 3m Küchenzeile). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Mixer, Backofenautomat, Elektroherd, Waschbecken und kleinem Kühlschrank. Der Balkon ermöglicht die Lagerung von Getränken, auch im Winter. Das Schlafzimmer bietet eine Kommode, ein 1,40 m x 2 m Bett und zwei Regale für deine persönliche Dinge.

Ich suche eine saubere, ordentliche, ruhige und vertrauenswürdige Person.
Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet. Daher suche ich eine Person, die auch nicht raucht. Haustiere sind laut Hausverwaltung nicht erlaubt.

Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und freundlich. Unter mir wohnt eine Familie mit einem Kleinkind, daher ist ab 22 Uhr Ruhezeit zu beachten (Musik, Gespräche und Filme in Zimmerlautstärke), keine Partys und kein Verschieben von Stühlen.

I am renting out my 1.5-room apartment in Schöneberg for the period from December 19, 2023, to January 8, 2023. The price depends on how many days the person is staying.

The apartment features an entrance area with a wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a living kitchen (living room with a large couch, a dining table, and a 3m kitchen counter). The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, blender, oven, electric stove, sink, and a small fridge. The balcony allows for storing drinks even in winter. The bedroom includes a dresser, a 1.40 m x 2 m bed and two shelves for your items.

I am looking for someone who is clean, orderly, quiet, and trustworthy.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Therefore, I am looking also for a non-smoker. Pets are not permitted according to the property management.

The neighbors are all very nice and friendly. As there is a family with a toddler below me, it's important to respect quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 a.m (music, conversations, and movies at room volume), no parties, and avoid moving chairs during this period of time.
