Die Wohnung hat eine ganz gute Größe für eine Person.
Durch Glas-Balkontür und Fenster ist es sehr hell in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist simple aber ausreichend ausgestattet: eine Matratze, ein Tisch mit einem Sessel, großer Fernseher und sonst viel Platz :)
Die Küche ist ganz toll, groß und gut ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Herd mit Dampfabzug, genug Platz zum Kochen und eine tolle Kaffeemaschine.
Zum Fernseher gibts noch Playstation3 und Receiver, man kann
Audio-Geräte per Cinch-Kabel mit dem Receiver verbinden. Man kann auch Video-Geräte per VGA-Kabel mit dem Fernseher verbinden, das Kabel ist am TV angeschlossen und liegt zum einstöpseln bereit neben
der PS3.
Es kann auf dem Balkon geraucht werden, da gibt's nen Aschenbecher.
Direkt, also wirklich 20 Sekunden bis zur U9 Berliner Strasse.
Mit dem Balkon zur großen Strasse ist es natürlich nicht besonders leise mit offener Balkontür, aber mit geschlossener ist es ganz in Ordnung, besser als in einem Altbau in einer ruhigen Strasse.
