Es gibt eine separate Küche und einen separaten Bad. Die Sonne scheint tagsüber in allen Zimmern der Wohnung. Die Wohnung wird möbiliert vermietet. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Straße nah dem Volkspark Schöneberg an. Sie ist gut verbunden durch U-Bahn, die Ringbahn und Busse.
