Ich vermiete meine großzügige 1.5 Zimmer Wohnung in Schöneberg von Mitte Mai (23.05) bis Mitte Juni (14.06) unter. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgerichtet und verfügt über eine Küche, Badezimmer und Schlaf - bzw. Wohnzimmer (kingsize Bett) mit Balkon. Ihr werdet auch mein Fahrrad nutzen können, falls ihr das wollt, sowie meinen Beamer um Filme zu schauen.
Gerne kann ich Euch auch Besichtigungen ab 20.05 anbieten, entweder per Video oder vor Ort.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt inkl. aller Nebenkosten 900 Euro, wobei für die 3 Wochen tagesweise verrechnet wird. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 650 Euro kommt ebenfalls hinzu.

Hey,
I'm subrenting my spacious 1.5 room apartment in Schöneberg from mid May (23.05) until mid June (13.06). The flat has everything you'll need and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and sleeping / bedroom (kingsize bed) incl., a balcony. You'll also be able to usemy bike if you want and my beamer to watch movies.
I'll have viewings starting from 20.05 either via video or in person. The rent is usually 900 Euro all included, so for the available period of three weeks we'll calculate this based on the days spent in the apartment, consequently lower than 900 Euros. There will be also a deposit payment of 650 Euros.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Minuten Fußweg zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen Bülowstrasse und Nollendorfplatz. Die Kurfürstenstraße ist 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Edeka, etc.). Mittwochs und Samstags ist am Winterfeldplatz Markt, was immer super schön ist!

Location is a 3 min walk between the metro stops Bülowstrasse and Nollendorfplatz. 5 Min away from Kurfürstenstraße. Grocery stores around the corner and easy to reach within 4 minutes. Every Wednesday and Saturday is market around the corner at Winterfeldplatz.
