Hello to the world from Schöneberg,
i am offering to live in my flat for a certain time. The living area is wide therefore the bathroom gets a little smaller.
But the flat is special as you see in the photos. If you would like to stay a little longer, just ask we can negotiate about it.
Nearby are two S-bahn Stations and a subway station. Busses passing by in all directions. But important the flat is in the backyard. So it is quiet, no traffic noises.
I wish no parties, pets or smoking in my flat. Sorry i like animals but not everyone knows to handle them.
Unfortunately there is still no WiFi in the flat.
Visiting the flat: 01.02. at 11 am. Here I will be there (the official renter). Days later friends would be there.
We will make an appropriate contract.
The total rent fee will be 850€ and I need a refund of 400€ so you treat the flat nicely. ;)
