I am renting my furnished Altbau one room flat in Schöneberg (close by Hauptstr. and Akazienkiez) from 9th of April until 21st of May (if needed extendable for 1 or 2 weeks). The Apartment is completely renovated, has wooden floors and high ceilings. It is a 2 minutes walk from U-Bahn Kleistpark. It was renovated last year and has a completely new kitchen and bathroom.
It is completely furnished, with everything you might need and if needed, you can store something in the basement during your stay.
I do have a storage room in the apartment but I would use it to store my things so you can have space in my closet and shelves.
The apartment is just a 2 minutes walk away from the U-Bahn Station Kleistpark (Line U7) and you are pretty much in 20-30mins in Mitte/Kreuzberg/Neukölln/Friedrichshain with U-bahn or Bus.
It is located in the backyard (side wing) on the first floor, so it is very quiet and you won't hear any traffic noise or sirens from outside.
My apartment is super well taken care of and I am looking for someone who will handle it with respect.
Please note that I do have a bunny (which won't be in the apartment during your stay and there won't be any cage in the apartment) but if you are hyperallergic my apartment might not be the right one for you.
