Sonniges 32qm großes Zimmer mit Süd-Balkon

Hi Leute,
hier gibts ne Zwischenmiete für 15.08. bis 31.10. ggf auch länger oder ihr könnt die Wohung vielleicht auch übernehmen.
Ich vermiete den Hauptteil meiner Wohnung: Wohnraum mit Bett, Sofa, Esstisch, Schrank.. etc. plus Küchenzeile (kleine Ecke im Raum mit Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd) Badezimmer (Waschmaschine vorhanden, Dusche, WC..)
Alles ca. 45qm. Ein kleiner Nebenzimmer ist meins, bin aber in der Zeit nicht da, und falls ich mal rumkomme um was aus meinem Zimmer zu holen, melde ich mich vorher. :) Du hast also die Wohnung für dich alleine.
Es gibt auch einen schönen Süd-Balkon mit ein paar Pflanzen, sollten die bis dahin überlebt haben. ;)
Es gibt leider keinen Wlan Router, du kannst dir evlt. einen Vodafone Homespot anlegen. Die sind verfügbar, bräuchtest halt einen Zugang. Oder ihr holt euch so ein portables Teil. Sorry dafür.

Besichtigungen sind kein Problem und ab Montag 07.08. möglich.
Ich bin zeitlich flexibel.

here is an apartment for the period from 15.08. to 31.10. possibly longer or you can perhaps take over the apartment if I should move out completely.
I rent the main part of my apartment: living room with bed, sofa, dining table, cupboard.. etc. plus kitchenette (small corner in the room with dishwasher, electric stove) bathroom (washing machine available, shower, toilet..).
All about 45sqm. A small adjoining room is mine, but I'm not there at the time, and if I ever come around to get something out of my room, I'll let you know in advance. :) So you have the apartment to yourself.
There is also a nice south-facing balcony with a few plants, should they survive until then ;)
Unfortunately, there is no Wlan router, you can possibly create a Vodafone Homespot. They are available, you just need an access. Or you can get one of those portable things. Sorry about that.

Viewings are no problem and possible from Monday 07.08.
I am flexible in time.
