Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine große Einzimmerwohnung in Spandau. Die Böden sind aus Laminat, Bad ist gefliest und die Küche mit Pvc ausgelegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (große Fenster) und das Zimmer ist wirklich groß. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und es hat ein Fenster. Auch die Küche ist sehr geräumig, ebenfalls mit Fenster und Einbauküche.
Das Haus ist eine umgebaute, alte Kaserne, mit einem besonderen Wohnflair. Die Wohnungen sind von einem "Außenflur" zugänglich, welchen die meisten Mieter auch als Balkon nutzen. Da die Wohnung die letzte im Gang ist, hat man wirklich genug Platz dort und keinen, der an einem vorbei muss... ;) Die Miete beträgt zur Zeit 370 Euro warm.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, in direkter S- Bahnnähe (Stresow). Von dort gelangt man sehr schnell Richtung Charlottenburg, Mitte.
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zum Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau, den Spandauer Arcaden und der Altstadt, man hat also alles in der Nähe.
