Ich suche ab dem 1.8.2016 bis zum 25.9.2016 einen Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung. EG Hinterhaus. Die Wohnung hat 21m² mit kleiner Küche und Bad. Eine Couch und ein kleiner Tisch sind vorhanden außerdem ein Hochbett mit Matratze (keine Bettwäsche) und zwei Regale. Kleines Bad mit Dusche. In der Küche steht ein Kühlschrank, eine Spülmaschine, ein Waserkocher, ein Mikrowellenofen und ein Kocher mit zwei Herdplatten.Geschirr ist vorhanden. Von der Wohnung kommt man direkt in den Garten den man alleine nutzt. (Gartentisch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden) Bitte nur im Garten rauchen.
Ruhige Lage. Die S-Bahn (S-Bahnhof Stresow) ist nur 200m entfernt. (ca. 25 Min. bis Hauptbahnhof). Die Altstadt Spandau mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino, Cafes usw. ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Tagsüber bin ich telefonisch nur schlecht erreichbar. Am besten eine email () schreiben oder SMS/Whatsapp ich rufe dann zurück.
