Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung ab Ende Januar bis Ende Februar, da ich aus der Wohnung ausziehe (Eine Übernahme oder ein späterer Auszugstermin sind möglich! Die Übernahme der Wohnung hängt allerdings von der Entscheidung der Hausverwaltung ab).
Die Wohnung ist mitten in Steglitz, in direkter Nähe zur Schlossstr. (Nahverkehr und sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fitnessstudios oder Parks ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß)
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (es gibt allerdings kein WLAN, man müsste über Internet Stick, portable modem oder andere Möglichkeiten nachdenken).
Die Heiz und Strom Kosten sind inklusive.
Eine Anmeldung ist bei Untervermietung nicht möglich.

Hello I’m sub-renting my cosy apartment in the center of Steglitz from the end of January until the end of February extension possible! (note: as I will be leaving the apartment it will become availabe, but the decision is made by my landlord).
Everything you need is within walking distance (shopping, S-and UBahn, Bus). The place is fully furnished and has everything you need (except for WIFI, you can use an Internet USB or Modem).
If you’re interested please write a few words about yourself (job, income, reason for moving) 😊
Note that Anmeldung is not possible as long as you're subletting.
