Ich biete eine voll möbilierte Wohnung mit super Anbindung. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Straße, ist jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähre zu U Schloßstraße und Rathaus Steglitz, wo ihr ALLES findet von Shoppingmeile zu guten Restaurants, Kinos, etc.
Preis ist pro Monat und alles inkl. (Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet).
Perfekt für Leute, die gerade auf Wohnungssuche sind in Berlin und einen Zwischenstopp brauchen oder solche, die einfach mal einen Monat in Berlin wohnen möchten.
Einzugsdatum wäre ab 1.3. und Auszug irgendwann im April (das können wir flexibel vereinbaren).
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, Fernseher und für Musiker unter euch auch ein Klavier ;-) könnte bei Bedarf auch eine Gitarre drin lassen.
Das Haus ist ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr respektvoll.
