Die Holzmannstr. ist eine breite Allee mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Parken ist hier kein Problem. Es gibt kleine Vorgärten und einen riesigen grünen Innenhof mit großen Bäumen. Das Tempelhofer Flugfeld ist 5 Min. mit dem Rad entfernt; quer über das Feld zum Bergmannkiez benötigt man 20 Minuten.
Der Flur und das Zimmer haben Dielenböden.
Die Küche hat einen PVC-Belag.
Die Küche ist als Wohnküche zu benutzen. Es gibt einen E-Herd.
Das Bad ist vor ca. 6 Jahren komplett saniert worden und ist in einem einwandfreiem Zustand,
genauso wie der Rest der Wohnung.
