Da ich den September über nicht in Berlin bin, vermiete ich mein Apartment!
Es geht dabei um eine möblierte Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim mit eigenem Bad und Kochnische. Geschirr und Kaffemaschine sowie Bettzeug (Kissen, Decke...) gibt's von mir.
Die Wohnung ist im 10. Stock und hat einen super Ausblick vom eigenen Balkon, der zum Hinterhof und NICHT auf die Potsdamer Straße rausgeht. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Räume zum Musizieren, sowie Bistro, Partykeller, Fotolabor und Fitnessraum. Im begrünten und abschließbaren Hinterhof mit Grillplatz sind Fahrradabstellplätze. Und natürlich gibt es einen Aufzug.
In 7 Gehminuten bist du am Potsdamer Platz wo du S und U-Bahn hast sowie die Arcaden zum Einkaufen (Aldi, Kaisers) und Shoppen. Vor der Tür fahren N2, M48 und M85, die dich zum Hauptbahnhof, Alex und nach Schöneberg z.B. zu U2, U1, U7 bringen.
Bedingung ist - Du musst Student an IRGENDEINER Hochschule sein, nicht unbedingt an einer Berliner Uni.
