ZWISCHENMIETE für STUDENT(IN) 30.07.18-31.09.18

ich suche eine(n) STUDENT(IN) von einer der Berliner Hochschulen/Unis, an dem/der ich mein Zimmer in wunderschönen Tiergarten in August und September untermieten kann. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim und daher ist es auch sehr güngstig.
Das Zimmer ist zirka 10 quadratmeter, aber besitzt einen Balkon und ein großes Fenster. Die
Bäder (1 gemischtes, 1 für Frauen, 1 für Männer) und 2 Küchen werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt und jeden Werktag von Reinigungspersonal gereinigt (am Wochenende nicht).
Ich achte sehr auf Sauberkeit und einen respektvollen Umfang.
Die zu entrichtende Kaution beträgt 380 Euro.
Ich würde gerne den/die Untermieter(in) im Kontakt mit der Wohnheimsverwaltung, setzten, damit alles offiziell und legal gemacht wird.
Bei Nachfragen und zur Vereinbarung eines Besichtigungstermines schreibt mich bitte an.

I am looking for a STUDENT who is studying in Berlin to sublet my room as I will be leaving for the summer (August-September). The room is located in Tiergarten in a student dormitory and, therefore, it ıs very cheap.
The room is circa 10 square meters, a small one, but with balcony and a big window. There are three bathrooms (one for girls and boys, one for girls only, one for boys only) and two kitchens. All the common areas are cleaned every weekday.
I would like to make everything official and arrange for the short-term lodger to have contact with the administration of the student dormitory.
Cleanliness and respect are very important for me and I will, therefore, request a deposit (380 Euro) to make sure you are properly taking care of the objects in my room.
Please write to me if you have any question. I will only accept serious requests from students studying in Berlin (you will need to prove this through a STUDENT CERTIFICATE). The room can be visited starting from next week.
