Ich ziehe demnächst in eine andere Stadt, und suche deshalb nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
- Diese Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Wannsees
- Umgebung: Wannsee-Konferenz, Villen - Supermärkte, Apotheke, Shops, Restaurants, ... in 5 Min. mit dem Auto
- Die anderen Mieter der Siedlung sind nette, gesittete Leute (50+, ein paar Familien)
- Die Wohnung ist sehr hell
- Großer Balkon
- Bushaltestelle wenige Schritte entfernt (fährt alle 20 Min. bis Mitternacht zum S-Bahnhof Wannsee)
- Im Flur ist ein sehr großer Kleiderschrank integriert
- Durchlauferhitzer
- Das Treppenhaus und die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und abends gut beleuchtet
- Kinderspielplatz
- In der EBK ist ein Kühlschrank und Herd dabei
Wichtig ist Einkommensnachweis, Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Mietschuldenfreiheit.
