1 Zimmer Wohnung Möbliert; kann nach Untermiete übernommen werden | 1 room apartment furnished; can be taken over after subletting

Die Wohnung ist im Studentenwohnheim Youniq (https://youniq-living.com/location/berlin/wedding/). Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock, das Fenster geht zur Seitenstraße (Utrechter Straße) raus. Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür. Zum U Bahnhof Leopoldplatz läuft man 5 Minuten, von da ist man durch U6 und U9 sehr gut angebunden.

The apartment is in the Youniq student residence (https://youniq-living.com/location/berlin/wedding/). It is on the 1st floor, the window faces the side street (Utrechter Straße). Supermarkets and other shopping facilities are right outside the door. The underground station Leopoldplatz is a 5-minute walk away, from there you are very well connected by U6 and U9.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme der Wohnung nach dem 31.7., dazu muss man Student sein oder im Universitären Umfeld arbeiten. Für die 2 Monate Untermiete muss man kein Student sein. Als Kaution habe ich 3 Kaltmieten (1752€) gezahlt und würde das auch vom Untermieter verlangen. Ich bevorzuge Bewerbungen, die die Wohnung über den gesamten Zeitraum mieten wollen, oder bereit sind für die gesamten 2 Monate zu zahlen, wenn sie kürzer mieten wollen.

There is the possibility to take over the apartment after July 31st, but you have to be a student or work in a university environment. You do not have to be a student for the 2 months of subletting. I have paid 3 cold rents (1752€) as a deposit and would demand the same from the subtenant. I prefer applications that want to rent the apartment for the entire period, or are willing to pay for the entire 2 months if they want to rent for a shorter period.
