Ich suche für 9 Monate bis zum 15. Juni 2024 (und evtl. länger ) eine(n) Mieter/In für meine ruhige 1 Zi (ca. 41 m2 von 50 m2) Wohnung in Berlin-Wedding. Das Haus ist im Hinterhof - ist gross und sehr ruhig mit nette Nachbarn.
Die Wohnung ist teil-möbiliert inkl. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach), Kochutensilien, Gasherd, Geschirr etc.
1x gr. Zimmer, 1x kleine Dusche, 1x schön und grosszügige Küche:
an nicht- raucher /raucherin zu vermieten. Ökostrom und DSL und W-Lan vorhanden.
Bitte bewerben wenn Sie/Du für mindestens 9 Monate (oder evtl. länger) bleiben möchtest/möchten.
Für eine Anmietung werden folgende Dokumente nach der Besichtigung und ggf. beim Untermietsertag benötigt:
- Kopie des Personalausweises / Reisepasses
- evtl. Beschäftigungsnachweis (Arbeit / Praktika / Internship / Universität etc.)
- Miete €850,-/Monat (inkl Heizung/Gas/Strom, W-LAN, ARD-ZDF, und Teilmöblierung)

QUIET SEMI-FURNISHED APARTMENT IN BERLIN-WEDDING is available for 9 Months (15. June 2024). The house has many friendly neighbours.
(Haus A6 being an old house - towards the rear of the 5 blocks from Seestrasse is especially quiet). It has a central location with excellent traffic connections*. The nearby Goethe and Rehberge parks are easily accessible for short and long walks/jogging.
It is an excellent area for inexpensive "multicultural shoppings" and with normal discounters and REAL, KAUFLAND etc. Various markets, a bio-food store.
*Good traffic connections to the West-city and Mitte / Prenzlauer Berg and to Tegel Airport and the Main Railway Station. Tube Lines U6 (Seestrasse) and U9 (Amrumerstrasse), Buses 120 & 160 and Trams M13 & M50.
Being semi-furnished, most utensils for cooking and washing are available.
