I sublet my 27m^2 apartment from August, 22 to September, 30 (40 days).
The apartment is part of a private student campus. It is a single room apartment with bathroom and a single bed, a double couch that can turn into a double bed and a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment and the kitchen are fully equipped and includes good DSL connection. Bed linen and towels are also available if needed.
There are two very large windows looking to the west that allow the sun to come in (when there is one) and offer an amazing view from the 7th floor (elevator available). The heating is central but is always more than enough to warm the room. The washing machine is found in the basement and can be used for a small fee. There is also a small yard to store your bicycle.
The price is 480e for the whole period or 170e per week with no additional costs.
It is located in Wedding, northwest of Berlin, and it is close to Ubahn Leopoldplatz - access to U9 and U6 (5' on foot)- and to S bahn Wedding -ring S41/42 (10' on foot). You can be 10' in the centre, Friedrichstr., (U6 ) or in Kurfürstendamm (U9) with a single ride with the U Bahn.
You can find pretty much everything you will need in the area around, plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and groceries stores, clothing, which are cheaper than most of the other areas in Berlin.
Also two very nice parks are nearby (Rehberge, Schiller park).
