We would like to sublet our appartment to a nice, reliable person or couple from 1th of january for about 1 - 2 years. We can see how plans develop and talk to find a good solution for all.
The appartment is fully furnished and really light and friendly. The rent is including everything (heating, energy, water, furniture etc.). WiFi can be booked externally. There a 2 rooms (sleepingroom with a double bed and a good matrace/ livingroom with a couch), a kitchen with wasching machine and a bathroom with daylight.
You can reach the U-Bahn (U6 Rehberge) in a few minutes, which takes you for example directly to Friedrichstraße in 10 minutes.The nighbourhood is really nice and quiet. So, please apply only, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.
Non-smokers only!

Hallo!
Wir suchen für unsere Nichtraucherwohnung, im Bezirk Mitte, OT Wedding, für den Zeitraum ab dem 01.01.2024 einen Zwischenmieter für am besten mindestens 1 Jahr oder länger.
Die Wohnung ist sonnig, in ruhiger Nachbarschaft mit Blick auf eine schöne Kleingartensiedlung und trotzdem zentral gelegen: Die U6 liegt quasi vor der Haustür, 10 Min. braucht man per U-Bahn zur Friedrichstraße!
Die zwei Zimmer sind in ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt. Beide gehen zum Garten raus. Das Bad mit Tageslicht-Fenster ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. In der Küche befinden sich u.a. Gasherd und -ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine sowie eine Essecke. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet und ist voll ausgestattet. Von uns wird kein Internet gestellt. Es kann aber einfach extern gebucht werden. Im Mietpreis sind enthalten: Heizungs-, Strom-, Wasser, Gas-, Mobiliar und sonstige Nebenkosten.
Bitte sendet uns bei Interesse eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über euch und welchen Mietzeitraum ihr bevorzugt - gerne könnt ihr auch ein Foto schicken...
Vermietung nur an Nichtraucher!
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Daher bitte nur melden, wenn ihr selber auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen Wohnlage seid.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die U6 (Station Rehberge), mit der man in ca. 10 min. am Bahnhof Friedrichstraße und im Regierungsviertel ist. Die Stadtautobahn und die A24 (nach Hamburg) sind auch nah. Der Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen Tegel sind gut zu erreichen.
Der nahe Volkspark Rehberge lädt mit dem Plötzensee zu Naherholung und Joggen ein :)
