This is a cozy 1 room flat with a separate kitchen, and a small, small old Berlin style bathroom. I have plants which are happy to be watered once a week, and books which you can read. In the area are many restaurants, supermarkets, street markets, shops, the water canal and nice parks around, as well as hidden weddinger Bars (now closed mainly). Although Wedding was recently rated one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world, it is just in transition and thus not overrun yet.The apartment is very good connected via metro and S Bahn (metro 3 min walk, S Bahn 7 min).
