Renting my neat apartment in Berlin-Wedding for six months (duration could be extended for up to one year). The apartment lies im Hinterhaus, and thus is very calm. It consists of a spacious Room, a corridor, a kitchen and a bathroom. Photos are attached. In the kitchen a washing machine and a dishwasher are available.
For musicians / singers: There is a Piano available.
No Smoking or pets are allowed in the apartment.
The apartment has to be left back as CLEAN and TIDY.
The overall Rent is 750 Euro (including electricity and internet).
Kaution: 700 Euro
The neighbourhood is quite pleasant with a 10 min walk to Plötzensee and a huge park for nice walks / jogging. U bahn Station See.Str. (U6) is 4 min walk, and is only 6 Stations away from Berlin City Center (Friedrichstr.). S Bahn RING is two stations away. Shopping and Groceries - REWE, LIDLE, ROSSMAN and DM - are 5 min walk.
Please write to me with information about yourself, where you are from and what you do in Berlin. I communicate both in German and in English. Viewings are only available this Sunday 10th of July roughly between 11 am and 4 pm, after which a decision will be met.
KINDLY NOTE that (please read carefully):
1) The “Anmeldung” option is not possible with this apartment.
2) This apartment is ONE-PERSON apartment and will not be rented to couples / Family.
3) If desirable, it is also possible to extend the rent period until end of July 2023.
