Da ich ab April in eine andere Stadt ziehe, um meine Masterarbeit zu schreiben, steht mein Apartment in Berlin-Wedding im schönen Studio B2 zur Verfügung.
Das Apartment ist möbliert und beinhaltet neben der auf den Bildern zu sehenden Ausstattung (Bett, Küche, Tische & Stühle, Regale) noch eine Fußbodenheizung, einen Garderobenschrank, einen Türöffner mit Gegensprechanlage, einen Kristallspiegel, Handtuch- und Kleiderhaken an der Tür sowie einen bodengleiche Dusche mit Glastrennwand. Zu dem Apartment gehört außerdem ein großer Metallspind und ein Fahrradstellplatz in den Kellerräumen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in dem Neubau im 3 OG mit Blick in den Innenhof, d. h. es ist vom Straßenlärm auf der anderen Seite des Hauses geschützt. Ein Aufzug in alle Etagen des Hauses ist ebenfalls verfügbar.
Bei Fragen steht dir der Hausmeister im Haus von morgens bis abends zur Verfügung. Außerdem findest du Waschmaschinen und Trockner unten in den Kellerräumen.

Since I am moving to another city in April to write my master thesis, my apartment in Berlin-Wedding in Studio B2 is available.
The apartment is furnished and includes, in addition to the equipment seen in the pictures (bed, kitchen, tables & chairs, shelves), underfloor heating, wardrobe, door opener with intercom, crystal mirror, towel and coat hangers on the door, and a floor-level shower with glass partition. The apartment also includes a large metal locker and a bicycle storage space in the basement rooms.
The room is on the 3rd floor with a view of the courtyard, which means it is protected from the street noise on the other side of the building. An elevator to all floors of the house is also available.
If you have any questions, the janitor in the house is available from morning to night. You will also find washing machines and dryers in the basement.

Zwei Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar (eine bzw. drei Minuten).
Außerdem sind es nur 5 Gehminuten zum S+U-Bahnhof Wedding, 10 Minuten zum S-Bahnhof Humboldthain und 15 Minuten zur U Reinickendorfer Straße.
In 20 Minuten ist man am Gesundbrunnen, von wo aus es Anschluss an ICE, RE und weitere U- und S-Bahnen gibt.
Mit dem Bus sind es nur 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Alles in der Umgebung ist auch gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen.

You are also just a 5-minute walk from the Wedding S+U station, 10 minutes from the Humboldthain S-Bahn station and 15 minutes from the U Reinickendorfer Straße.
It would take you 20 minutes to get to Gesundbrunnen from where there is a connection to ICE, RE and further U-Bahn and S-Bahn.
With the bus you are also in 10 minutes at the main station.
Everything in the area is also easily accessible by bike.

Voraussetzung für die Vermietung ist der Nachweis einer Immatrikulationsbescheinung, ein Ausbildungsvertrages o. Ä. Außerdem muss ein Bonitätsnachweis vorliegen sowie eine Selbstauskunft.

The apartment is rented only to students, trainees, interns, doctoral students or pupils. The apartment can also be rented to persons under 18 years of age.
Prerequisite for renting is proof of enrollment certificate, a training contract or similar. In addition, a proof of creditworthiness must be available, as well as a self-disclosure.
