Hey there! My private 28m2 studio apartment is available for a short sublease while I'm away. Total monthly rent is 600 euros, but as this is super last minute, you can have the sublease period for 150 euros total.
The apartment has a kitchennette and private bathroom, located on the 6th floor with a nice idylic view of the street. There's a laundry room ans also a bike storage facility. There's an indoor table tennis table so definitely entertain yourself!
The apartment complex also boasts a local brewery practically in the courtyard area, which is super cool if you ask me.
This is located in Wedding, 5 min walking distance from U6/U9 Leopoldplatz and 7 mins from S+U Wedding. Edeka, Netto are also similar walking distance.
I'm asking for a 100 euros deposit. In ideal conditions: I'm looking for :
(1) anyone quiet/responsilbe to stay for this short period,
(2) I have two precious plants that they would look after,
(3) I have quite a few instruments laying around and some DJing gear - so feel free to experiment but no noise complaints pls pls
