Es handelt sich um eine kleine gemütliche Wohnung im Berlin Style. Sie ist im Hinterhof und damit schön ruhig. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche sind durch einen schönen Schnitt getrennt für ein großzügigeres und trotzdem gemütliches Lebensgefühl.
Das meiste, von dem was du brauchst, ist vorhanden: Ofen, großes Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, WiFi, Tisch, Kommode, Sofa, Schuhschrank, etc. Das Bett inkl. Matratze würde ich mitnehmen. Da müsstest du dir also was Neues besorgen.

It is a small cozy apartment in Berlin style. It is in the backyard and therefore nice and quiet. The living area and kitchen are separated by a nice cut for a more spacious yet cozy living experience.
Most of what you need is there: Oven, large ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, WiFi, table, dresser, sofa, shoe cabinet, etc. The bed including mattress I would take with me. So you would have to get something new.
Das Appartement liegt direkt neben dem wunderschönen Sprengelkiez mit vielen gemütlichen Bars, Cafés und guten Restaurants. Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (+ Gorillas, Flink, etc. liefern).
Die Station Leopoldplatz ist direkt um die Ecke (<1 min), von wo aus du innerhalb von 15 Minuten nach Berlin Mitte (bspw. Brandenburger Tor) oder zum schönen Prenzlauer Berg kommst.
Es ist viel grün in der Gegend. Sowohl der Schillerpark als auch der Volkspark Rehberge sind schnell erreicht. Am Nordufer kann man schön spazieren gehen und das Strandbad Plötzensee mit Freiluftkino ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, damit du deine Zeit angemessen genießen kannst. Das Appartement ist eine gute Kombination aus Nähe zum Grün und trotzdem sehr zentral in Berlin.

The apartment is located right next to the beautiful Sprengelkiez with many cozy bars, cafes and good restaurants. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance (+ Gorillas, Flink, etc. deliver).
Leopoldplatz station is just around the corner (<1 min), from where you can get to Berlin Mitte (e.g. Brandenburg Gate) or beautiful Prenzlauer Berg within 15 minutes.
There is a lot of green in the area. Both the Schillerpark and the Volkspark Rehberge are within easy reach. On the north shore you can take a nice walk and the beach bath Plötzensee with open air cinema is within 20 minutes walking distance, so you can enjoy your summer appropriately. The apartment is a good combination of proximity to the greenery and yet very central in Berlin.
Die Wohnung kann nach den 6 Monaten voraussichtlich übernommen werden. Das können wir dann gerne noch besprechen :)
Die Miete ist komplett warm, es kommt also nichts mehr dazu. Wenn die Nebenkosten durch den Vermieter steigen, muss ich diese Kosten weiterreichen - das hängt etwas davon ab, wie es sich entwickelt.

The apartment can probably be taken over after the 6 months. We can then gladly still discuss :)
The rent covers everything, so there is nothing more to pay. If the service charges increase by the landlord, I have to pass on these costs - that depends somewhat on how it develops.
