Ruhige und helle 40qm große 1-Zimmerwohnung im 3. OG (kein Aufzug). Die Wohnung ist renoviert, hat neue Fenster und besteht aus einem schönen großen Zimmer, einer Küche, Bad und Flur.

Die Hausverwaltung ist einverstanden, dass wir ein/e Nachmieter/in vorschlagen. Die Wohnung wird mit dem neuen Mietvertrag 604€ warm kosten (Kaltmiete: 480€ zzgl. BK-VZ 60€ und HK-VZ 64€).

Für folgende Gegenstände hätten wir gerne eine Ablöse von insg. 3.500€:

- Ikea- Einbauküche mit Miele Spülmaschine, Siemens Kühlschrank, Siemens Kochfeld u. Ofen sowie Candy Waschtrockner
- Ikea-Bett MALM (180x200, Eiche) mit passendem Lattenrost
- Ikea-Kleiderschrank PAX (150x60, weiß mit Schiebetür)
- Gummibaum
- Schrank im Flur (100x37, weiß)
- Spiegel im Flur

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In 4 Minuten Fußweg seit ihr am U-Bahnhof Leopoldplatz und 7 Minuten Fußweg am S+U-Bahnhof Wedding.

Da wir kurzfristig jemanden für die Nachmiete bennen müssen, bewerbt euch bitte nur, wenn ihre bereits alle Unterlagen (letzten drei Einkommensbescheinigungen, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Schufa (request now) etc.) vorliegen habt und sie auch aktuell sind! Danke 🙏🙏
