Design loft studio in Mitte (Wedding), close to central station, Prenzlauer Berg, Alexanderplatz.
I've built this space during the last couple of months to create a minimalist yet fully equipped, small yet spacious place for myself.
The backyard orientation makes it very quiet, there are birds and squirrels playing here.
My flat is suitable for working from home, I've been doing it myself. You have a long table facing the window and the relaxing view of the backyard with grass, trees and light.
You can park your bike in the backyard, but still lock it – bike theft doesn't stop at house doors in Berlin :/
You are very well connected: U8, U9 and S-Bahn are just a few minutes by foot. In the area there are lots of artistic spaces, cafés and bars to check out. Supermarkets within 10 min walk.
The main station is a few minutes by tram or bike, Alexanderplatz as well, and so is Prenzlauer Berg.
Wedding is up and coming, so streets can be a bit dirty. For the same reason though, you are in actual Berlin, not yet 100% gentrified.
The flat is fully furnished.
My neighbor is handling the flat in my absence, she's super nice and helpful.
I'll draw up a short term rental contract for both our security.
