I am sub-leasing my top-floor studio apartment in Wedding for the dates between March 22 and April 29.
The apartment is in a post-war Neubau building, it is warm, sunny and quiet. A balcony looks out over Leopoldplatz.
It is fully equipped and furnished (it is my home), with a washing machine.
Bikes can be locked in the fenced-off Hof area.
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the very convenient U6 and U9 at Leopoldplatz U-Bahn and many buses.
Müllerstrasse is also 2min walk away, and has everything one could need (shops, banks, post, food etc)
Neighbourhood is working class, has character, is safe and quiet.
I am flexible with a shorter stay within the given dates, but nothing shorter than 4 weeks. For a shorter stay the price can be adjusted according accordingly :)
The apartment is my home, thus I will require a 300 Euro caution/deposit for the stay, and the signing of a routine sublease agreement.
