Room rental from 01.04.23
The room is fullied furnished. I would like to leave my stuff like kitchen/ Bathroom tools, decoration stuff in the room so you should be ok with taking over my stuff.

Please keep in mind that this apartment is only for students! :)
There will be no online or offline appointments as I want to find someone as soon as possible so i can get out of the contract (first come first serve).
To apply you need to have your Schufa (request now) , salary from you and your Parents (Bürgerschaft), Copy of your ID, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung from your Uni and a document (Selbstauskunft) from the landlord that i will send you accordingly.

The the costs for the rent depends on further costs but once i chose 3 applicants i will give you more details :) but it will be around 650€ all incl. (Electricity, internet, rent) depends on the new contract, maybe more. But you'll see once you receive the contract. :)
