I’m looking for a subletter for a few months, it’s possible that it will be available for an longer period of time. First month or 2 with no Anmeldung, later Anmeldung possible. If you’re in a hurry for Anmeldung then we can perhaps do it already for February.
The dates are somewhat flexible, it’s possible a few days earlier or later.
The apartment is bright and cosy, with 1 room with a big bed and lots of storage, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a door, a bathroom with a bathtub.
The location is great, on the border of Weisensee (next to Antonplatz), a 3min walk to the trams 4 (20min to Alexander Platz and 5min to Greifswalder Strasse where you have many S-bahns), 13 (connecting to Wedding, Moabit), 12.
The area has really good restaurants and cafes, and a grocery shop as well as Rossman and many other shops are within 3-5min walking distance. A short ride away there are many options for long walks in nature or bike rides to the lakes (15min ride to a wild lake). Prenzlauer berg is a few minutes away with tram, or 10min bike ride. The area is very safe and clean, I personally really love it.
