Die Wohnung ist im 7. Stockwerk, aber es gibt 2 Fahrstühle.
Eine Küchenzeile, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche sind vorhanden. Da sie teilmöbliert ist eignet die Wohnung gut als 1.Eigene. Teilmöbliert heißt ein Schrank, ein Bett, ein Esstisch, 2 Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch sind mit inbegriffen in den Mietkosten.
Man braucht 25 min zum Alex und in 15 min ist man an der Schönhauser Allee. 10 min zum Ring (S Greifswalder), man kommt also schnell vom Fleck. Vor der Wohnung selber fahren 2 Buslinien (255/259) mit denen man in 5 min an der nächsten großen Umsteigehaltestelle Berliner Allee/ Indira Ghandi Str.) ist.
Der Vermieter legt viel wert darauf, dass die Miete pünktlich bezahlt wird, dass heißt, ein Job oder BAföG als Student als Zahlungsquelle sind zwingend erforderlich. Mit einem Bescheid vom Jobcenter müsste es auch gehen, allerdings muss der Mieter jeweils situationsbedingt entscheiden. Zudem muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 600 Euro hinterlegt werden. Eine Bürgschaft ist nicht nötig.
