A big room in the artist village in Weissensee, including bed, closet, small kitchen , fridge and the nice life of a village in the middle of the city (there is a pub, garden and tiny lake to seat and relax).
The toilets are shared the same with the showers, but there is many of them.
There is also a laundry machine.
The place is 25 minutes from Alexnader platz, 5 minutes from The Weissensee lake.
The sublet is flexible starting 20 of December and goes anytime between the 15-30 of March
NO deposit, just pay for two month and than the rest
the place is very accessible to public transport there are 3 buses and with bicycle that I leave to the sub renter an M4 station (bushalle) can be reached in 3 minutes, than 20 minutes to Alexander platz!
There are close by supermarkets and shops to by necessary things (like Ted)
the village has a place where you can have a coffee form professional machine , there are a bit of animals and small garden!
The rent includes everything, and I leave my bicycle to the renter so you can use it to go to the Tram station to go to alexanderplatz!
