Die Wohnung ist eine schicke, helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit typischen Altbaudecken und tatsächlich Eulen im Stuck. ;D
Der Raum hat über 24 qm, sodass man sehr viel unterbringen kann, jedem Hochbettbaubegabtem winkt noch mehr Platz.
Sie ist hell, ruhig gelegen, dennoch gut angebunden durch S-Bahn und Bus, auch die U8-Haltestelle Residenzstr. ist fußläufig erreichbar.

DAS IST NICHT KREUZBERG. Bitte nur melden, wenn ihr wirklich kein Problem mit Randgebiet habt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden, Norma direkt an der S-Bahn-Haltestelle, Kaisers an der Hauptstraße, etwas weiter Aldi und Netto.
Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Wilhelmsruh ist durch einen kleinen Weg in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle Hertzstr./Fontanestr ist quasi vor der Haustür.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt: perfekt für HU Studis hält die S1 an Nordbahnhof und Friedrichstr.
Dusche und Waschmaschinenanschluss im Badezimmer.
Gasherd und Spüle bleiben, ansonsten könnten wir uns absprechen.
Für die Hausverwaltung braucht ihr das Übliche.
