Newly renovated and daylight-flooded 1 room apartment in a quiet building with a courtyard close to the beautiful Wilmersdorfer Volkspark, only 2 minutes walk to Bundesplatz and the Ringbahn.
The apartment has been renovated recently and is equipped with a new kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in waterfall shower.
The monthly rent includes all costs such as GEZ, Internet, hot water, electricity and heating due to being a sublet.
The price is 250€ per week or 990€ per month. The rental period is from 03/12/2022 to 04/02/2022. An extension by 1-2 weeks in February is possible after consultation.
Unfortunately, registration is not possible!
The apartment is fully furnished, a washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils are available for use.
