einer langfristigen Wohnung Suche

Hallo,

Ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Berlin.

Zu meiner Person:
- Xin, 26, keine Kinder, keine Haustiere, keine Musikinstrumente
- Habe 2022 mein Masterstudium an der ESCP Business School abgeschlossen und arbeite seither in einem Softwareunternehmen.
- Ich kann 3 Monate Gehaltsabrechnungen und Bankauszüge als Einkommensnachweis vorlegen. Bei Bedarf kann ich auch eine SCHUFA (request now) beantragen.
- Ich bin kontaktfreudig und mag Outdoor-Aktivitäten, ich habe in Frankreich und den USA gelebt, bevor ich nach Deutschland kam, ich reise gerne um die Welt und treffe verschiedene Freunde. Ich schätze auch ein gemütliches, schlankes und aufgeräumtes Zuhause.

Ich bin zeitlich flexibel und kann für eine Besichtigung vorbeikommen. Ich würde mich freuen, von Ihnen zu hören und kann direkt über hier kontaktiert werden.
