July 10 - October 1 Room in Berlin!

Hello! My name is Mary and I'm 25 and looking for a place to sublease in Berlin while I train for the Berlin Marathon! I'm from California originally, but I've lived in Berlin on and off for the past two years. I am looking for place to sublease this winter. I'm interested in either a WG room or a single apartment. English is my native language, but I speak B1 German.

I have lived in a WG before, am respectful, and enjoy living in groups. I enjoy the balance of being social and having time to oneself. Things I can offer to a WG are: cooking Mexican food, walking through the city, chilling at night along the Spree, and lots of laughter. :) In a single apartment, I am clean and communicative.

Hallo! Mein Name ist Mary, ich bin 25 und suche eine Wohnung zur Untermiete in Berlin während ich für den Berlin-Marathon trainiere! Ich komme ursprünglich aus Kalifornien, lebe aber seit zwei Jahren immer wieder in Berlin. Ich suche eine Unterkunft zur Untermiete für diese Winter. Ich interessiere mich entweder für ein WG-Zimmer oder eine Einzelwohnung. Englisch ist meine Muttersprache, aber ich spreche B1 Deutsch.

Ich habe schon einmal in einer WG gelebt, bin respektvoll und lebe gerne in Gruppen. Ich genieße die Balance zwischen Geselligkeit und Zeit für mich. Dinge, die ich einer WG anbieten kann, sind: mexikanisches Essen kochen, durch die Stadt spazieren, abends an der Spree chillen und viel lachen. :) In einer Single-Wohnung bin ich sauber und kommunikativ.
